This beginner’s walking groups meets every Monday afternoon at the museum. Over eight weeks, each small group aims to build up to walking between 1.5 and 2miles. This group is ideal for people who would like to slowly start improving their fitness while socialising with others in a small group. This group is also Dementia Friendly, and people living with dementia are welcome to come on their own or with another person.
Places must be booked in advance for each eight week block.
