Fish Shop Engager / Fryer (permanent 37 hours)

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the museum’s Food Team. We are looking for a hands-on, motivated member of staff to assist the Fish shop supervisor with the daily running of the Fish shop.
They will help assist with the ordering, stock rotation and stock takes, as well as engaging with visitors through activities associated with the heating and frying techniques. Ensuring safety is a priority at all times.
This opportunity is a permanent position within the food team and will commence June 2017.
