Beamish Museum is seeking a leading independent CRM (customer relationship management) consultant to assist in the procurement and implementation of a global CRM system.

The project will involve working closely with teams across the museum to scope and clearly specify the requirements of the system or group of integrated systems, and then project managing the procurement and implementation processes. The consultant will offer objective advice and guidance to the museum, ensuring the best possible solution is identified for our requirements.
