Applications are invited for the above post from a motivated team player with a flexible and creative approach to adult engagement.  The Assistant Learning Coordinator (Traditional Experiences) will be experienced in engaging adults with heritage skills and have an understanding of different learning styles.

With great attention to detail and a commitment to providing a first class experience, the post holder will support the co-ordination of adult learning courses currently on offer at the Museum and will work with colleagues to develop high quality new experiences that inspire adult learning in traditional skills.

The Assistant Learning Co-ordinator (Traditional Experiences) will work under the supervision of the Head of Learning and with the Group and Venue Sales Team and the Partnerships and Communication Teams to use Beamish and its collections as a tool to increase participation by adults in the Traditional Experience Courses. They will also work with the Engagement Teams to develop new, dynamic and popular courses across the Museum.
