An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the museum in a key public-facing role.  As the main point of contact for people communicating with the museum, the Enquiries and Bookings Officer plays a vital role in facilitating a positive, helpful interaction with the museum.

They are responsible for the management of the group bookings system and day-to-day operation of the museum switchboard and Regional Resource Centre reception area, as well as assisting with collections administration and donor management.  The role can be fast paced and quite varied at times, so requires an enthusiastic, organised, flexible individual to champion the myriad of tasks
