TS2 Visit and Triumph Vehicle Rally

Beamish will play host to a very special vehicle on Sunday, 10th July.

The Triumph TR Owners Club, The TR Register, is touring its first car, TS2, around the country to mark the 50th anniversary of the club’s existence. TS2 was built in July 1953 and is the first right-hand-drive production Triumph TR2 built.

The Northumbria TR Group, will be exhibiting the TS2 on the museum’s 1950s Front Street terrace alongside a prototype Triumph 7ST motorcycle built in 1952, sourced by the Friends of Beamish.

In support of this unique event, a static gathering of classic vehicles bearing the Triumph marque will be displayed on our Events field.

As with all daytime events, you can use your Unlimited Pass or Friends of Beamish membership to enjoy these special events and activities.
