The Summer 2017 issue reveals the first building we will be replicating for the Remaking Beamish project – Joseph Hedley’s cottage, better known as Joe the Quilter, is to be built in our Georgian Landscape as part of the £18million project, which has received £10.9million from the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF).
