Is Beamish your favourite family friendly museum? Nominations are open for the 2015 Telegraph Family Friendly Museum Award.
The award is for the museum, gallery, heritage site, science centre or historic home that gives the warmest welcome to families.
Visitors of all ages – children, parents, grandparents, cousins, uncles, neighbours – can make a nomination. At Beamish we love welcoming families to experience history coming alive, where generations can share their heritage and enjoy a fun-filled day out to remember.
Beamish made the Telegraph Family Friendly Museum Award shortlist in 2014. We’d be delighted to be put forward again this year for the award, which is run by charity Kids in Museums and judged by families.
