The
Town is an Award-winning recreation of a typical market
town street of the early 1900s and is probably the most
popular part of Beamish. Buildings from the region have
been brought here and rebuilt and furnished. Costumed
interpreters welcome visitors and demonstrate a past
way of life.

Masonic
Hall
Officially opened on 19th April by HRH The Duke of Kent,
this wonderful Masonic Hall tells the story of Freemasonry
in the North East in 1913.
