Do you want to get fit but don’t know where to start? Why not come and join us at the 1950s welfare hall for our Seated Exercise session?
With a soundtrack of popular music from the 1950s, we’ll guide you through 45 minutes of gentle exercises which will improve your mobility and build up your strength.
Sessions will take place on Thursdays from 2pm to 3pm in the 1950s welfare hall committee room.
Places are limited and need to be booked in advance.
