Advice to Coach Drivers
Bring your groups to Beamish for an excellent day that’s sure to get them smiling. Our Group Bookings Team are here to help, you can contact them Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm, on 0191 370 4026, email bookings@beamish.org.uk.
We can send you publicity leaflets, posters and a promotional DVD/video, free of charge, to help you to promote your visit to Beamish. Photographs of Beamish are available which can be used, free of charge, in your promotional literature.
We recommend that you allow 4 to 5 hours for a Beamish visit in summer and up to 2 hours in winter.
It helps us immensely if you book in advance. We will issue a group ticket to you which will speed up entry for your group.
Coach drivers are admitted free of charge and are given a hospitality voucher, which can be used in the Museum’s catering outlets or the Souvenir Shop.
Coach parking, on hardstanding, is available near to the Entrance Building and is free of charge.
Admission charges for groups can be paid on the day of the visit by cheque or cash, major credit cards are also accepted. Vouchers can be accepted by prior arrangement and your company invoiced after the visit.
